The Greenbelt

• Over 10 acres of greenbelt and common areas will be available for the pleasure of the residents and their guests. Proposed within the greenbelt will be a lovely reservoir called Lake Montechino. It will be bordered by greenspace, the spa and resort, a park with a playground for children and the fountain piazza in the town center. Surrounding the lake there will be approximately 3 miles of lighted hiking trails which follow the cascading waterfall down the ravine past herb gardens all the way to the shore of Lake Travis. • The proposed Villa Marina features a 53-slip private marina and a 294-slip dry stack storage for your boat or yacht. The marina will be accessible by stairs and two trams. From there, a golf cart taxi service will shuttle boaters from the tram to the boat slips. The dry-stack will feature a state-of-the-art advanced computerized crane system that will place the boats on a tram within the building. The tram delivers the boats to the water through a stone archway in the housing designed to blend in with the waterfront condos that share the peninsula. The VIP concierge service will be awaiting instructions via phone or internet. They will be on hand to maintain, clean or gas up the boats, stock ice chests or fill any reasonable or unreasonable request.
